Exciting opportunity to join an established company based in Medway on a full-time basis working within a friendly and supportive team.
You will be responsible for order processing and managing a in house system whilst liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
**Duties**:
- Order processing and management
- Checking invoices
- Processing and updating an in-house system with daily information
- General administration support to the team
- Stock control
- Booking external transport using hauliers’ portals, raising transport po’s, producing labels and supporting paperwork
- Previous experience within a customer service role/ administration role
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to do hours that are required
- ERP experience (Desirable)
- An understanding of supply chain processes
