Operations Assistant

We're a rapidly growing cleaning company in search of an Operations Assistant to help co-ordinate and oversee our organisation’s operations across Wiltshire & Hampshire.
This home-based role (with travel) will involve working with the Business Manager to ensure the smooth-running of our daily activities. Including: covering cleans in the absence of staff, scheduling team rotas, finding solutions to scheduling issues, being the first point of contact for our cleaning team, resolving issues in a professional and prompt manner, prioritising tasks to meet the business needs in the most efficient way.
We are looking for someone for 37.5 hours per week. Hours can be worked flexibly according to the business need, sometimes including weekend working.
Full Driving License required, as travel to client sites is necessary.
