- What you'll be doing..._

Reporting to the Asset Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following.
- Manage all kitchen breakfast and lunch
- To ensure that all production areas comply with the required, hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- Manage the consistent prep, cooking, delivery and presentation of all menu items
- To achieve the required product quality and presentation standards for all food served in the hotel
- Manage day to day stock rotation and orders incoming into the building
- Report anything considered a health and safety hazard
- Responsible for looking after building property at all times - reporting immediately any malfunctions and preventing abuse and/or destruction of building equipment
- To assist in cleaning schedules, training and delivery to the rest of the team
- Ensure correct stock rotation on all sections, fridges, freezers & dry stores
- Level 3 supervising in food safety
- Food allergen awareness training
- Level 3 HACCP
- Catered for vast numbers

**The Benefits:
- Salary - £30,000 - £35,000
