With experience across a wide range of sectors, we help international clients understand the UK and China’s changing policy environment and develop effective strategies and engagement programmers to deliver long-term success in the UK and China.

Currently, we have different programmes running and eagerly looking for more fresh ideas and specialists to join in.

Job description

This position will include the international virtual event management and production of live events.

YOU NEED TO BE:

- Be a self-starter who is driven to succeed.
- Someone who works well independently and takes initiative
- Enthusiastic and outgoing nature.
- Familiar with Microsoft Software
- Excellent persuasive and marketing skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and great time management skills
- Passion for self-development
- Grasp of graphic design / illustrator would be useful

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Actively seek, research, and create new brand opportunities
- Conceptualise and implement advertising/awareness of brand events / event participation
- Understanding the company’s vision, mission, goals, products and services to represent the brand’s voice and personality
- Be responsible for researching, co-ordinating, setting up, confirming all requirements and the associated logistics for tradeshows / instore demonstrations / tasting events / markets / public-facing events / press pieces
- Be responsible for liaising and managing external agencies and managing campaigns and budgets for the above
- Formulate and implement a follow-up strategy after brand events

In return you will get the chance to work with some of the best in the high-end industry and gain valuable expeience as the event coordinator. After the internship, an internship completion letter will be given and reference letter upon on request.
