Company Description

As a Warehouse Administrator you will play key role in supporting the Abingdon Depot. Whether you’re maintaining warehouse invoices or checking goods for discrepancies, you’ll be an asset to your team. This is a permanent role, working 36.25 hours per week, 8am-4pm Monday
- Friday. As part of your contract, you will be required to work bank holidays and 3 Saturdays in December.

**Job Description**:
**Your role as a Warehouse Administrator**
- Schedule supplier deliveries
- Confirm PODs for pub orders
- Raising purchase orders
- Debriefing drivers on return

**What you'll bring...**
- Confident in your ability to do the role
- You will possess excellent communication skills when dealing with colleagues at all levels including when handling difficult situations
- Good level of organisational skills allowing you to succeed in a busy environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Office packages, notably Excel
