**Finance Manager**
**£45,000 - £50,000 + hybrid working**
Aila is excited to announce that it is working with a leading, data technology business in London. We are recruiting for a Finance Manager to join their team on a permanent basis, with a primary responsibility to prepare management accounts for 3 subsidiariesas well as overseeing AP and AR.
We’re looking for somebody with experience in a month end capacity, who has prepared management accounts and is interested in joining a business that’s growing.
You will work within a team of 3, and support and report into the Financial Controller. You will work with various stakeholders both internally and externally, so they’re looking for a confident communicator and an individual that’s keen on building relationshipsinternationally.
You will be a confident and assuring individual with excellent communication skills and possess the ability to make judgement and take ownership within a month end role.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Working with the Sales Team to raise new and renewal sales invoices to clients in a timely manner.
- Produce monthly renewal sales reports
- Produce quarterly revenue shared reports from our key partners
- Credit control, ensuring clients pay within the payment terms
- Dealing and responding to client queries
- Preparing various analysis and maintenance of the smaller companies, performing bank reconciliations, processing sales and purchase invoices, payroll tasks, and payment runs.
- Preparing the management accounts for 3 subsidiaries and variance analysis
- Balance sheet reconciliation
- Preparing month-end tasks including accruals, prepayments, fixed assets, journal entries
- Preparing intercompany reconciliations
- Conducting regular review of departmental procedures - and making recommendations for improvements
- Leading the audit preparation and tasking others for actions
- VAT returns for the UK, SA
- Preparing reports for payment to be made to our third-party partners
