The Role

As a Sales Support Administrator, you will be tasked with providing a professional and collaborative sales service to Specialist Lending.

Working with a high level of accuracy, you’ll ensure that administrative processes are in place to effectively support Partners (clients who use PCL solutions) and directly contribute to the growth and reputation of our organisation.

Building strong working relationships, you’ll help develop new and existing Producer accounts, meeting agreed sales targets and providing fantastic support.

**Additionally, you will**:

- Communicate and promote our products and services designed to meet their needs
- Provide training to Producers on how to use our online services
- Identify and manage current renewals as well as forthcoming renewals for Producers

About You

To be considered as a Sales Support Administrator, you will need:

- To be sales-focussed
- The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively with strong attention to detail
- The ability to use initiative, work under pressure and prioritise your workload
- To be a self-starter who can work effectively as an individual or as part of a team
- Excellent customer communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent numeracy skills with expertise in Microsoft Excel

Please note, you will occasionally be required to visit the office in Leatherhead.
