Our clients Counterbalance Operatives require various skills that enable them to operate processing and production lines to ensure maximum productivity is achieved.

To ensure all procedures are followed according with company policy.Monday - Friday 06:00 - 15:00 ( Overtime available in busy periods )

Shift pattern might be introduced in March.

**Main responsibilities
- Operating and cleaning of assembly and production lines.
- Informing Supervisors of any faulty machinery or production issues.
- Storing goods in a factory warehouse, which may involve operating lifting equipment and forklift trucks (Counterbalance).
- Adhering to relevant health and safety regulations whilst on site.
- Keeping work areas and the factory floor clean and free from material
- To ensure lines of communication between the office and factory/logistics are regular and positive.
- To be able to make strategic changes according with factory production needs (lines and staff).
- Tip Inbound loads of product and liaising with laboratory.

**Skills required
Well-organised to assist you in working through your priorities.

Excellent time management.

Working part of a team.

Counterbalance FLT Licence.

£11.25 Per Hour
