Join our team as a Counterbalance Operative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Counterbalance Operative to join our team at a nationally recognized flower and storage business. As a Counterbalance Operative, you will be responsible for operating a counterbalance forklift or mechanical pallet pump truck to move goods and materials within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a counterbalance forklift or mechanical pallet pump truck safely and efficiently
  • Move goods and materials within the warehouse, adhering to safety protocols and procedures
  • Assist with loading and unloading goods from vehicles and storage areas
  • Participate in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment
