**Admin Assistant**
MYhouseMOT is a Local, full building envelope contractor. The company has been running for over 1 year and have been involved in a numerous high profile construction projects.
We are currently recruiting for an Admin Assistant to be based at our main office in Belfast.
Main responsibilities of the role:
- Assist the operations team across all administrative duties.
- Coordinate all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence.
- Ensuring all documentation is correctly stored on the management systems
- Monitoring compliance across all documentation
- Makes sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to the appropriate staff, subcontractors and suppliers
- Input document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date
- Generate the various document control reports as required.
To succeed in this role you will have:
- Must have the ability to communicate and converse at all levels.
- Ability to work within set guidelines and systems.
- Ability to work within time constraints and with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to prioritise of work effectively and work under pressure.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Ability to work co-operatively, flexibly and as a member of a team.
- Ability to work methodically
- Ability to handle demanding people in challenging situations.
- Ability to observe/listen and absorb new knowledge quickly.
- Willingness to challenge the way things are done, be innovative
Salary will be depending on experience.
