This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic & talented individual to join a thriving online ladies footwear company in Watford. You will work with the Customer Care team in this varied role. This could be the ideal opportunity for someone looking for an entry level office role. Duties include:

- Speaking to customers over the telephone providing support, advice and processing orders
- Development of the website by implementing new ideas & updates
- Processing exchanges and refunds
- Liaising with couriers when problems occur, resolving in a prompt and timely manner
- Increasing brand recognition and awareness
- Providing administrative & clerical support within the office
- Working closely & providing support when needed to other departments such as marketing and warehouse operations

A responsible, "can-do" attitude is essential as well as initiative, great attention to detail, flexibility and a willingness to get involved with all aspects of the business. You will need a great telephone manner and excellent writing skills.

**Previous experience** with any of the following would be beneficial, but not compulsory as full training will be given.
- Sales experience
- Providing customer support
- Working within a team
- Knowledge of CRM systems such as Linnworks and Shopify
- Be a well-organised team player and be able to multi-task & prioritise
- Be confident at promoting the Sole Bliss brand
- Possess very good customer service skills
- Have a personable and friendly manner
- Be able to manage a high volume of calls
- Have strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
- Possess excellent attention to detail, being numerate & accurate
- Be able to communicate effectively with an excellent level of written & spoken English
- Have a well-developed analytical approach and problem-solving capability
- Have an interest in ladies’ fashion & footwear

Competitive salary - according to experience. We are looking to fulfil this role as soon as possible.

The hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm

The job is fully office based in Imperial Way, Watford

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
