Care Support Supervisor

We are looking for a **Care Support Supervisor **for our Wareham Branch to look after and provide care for our clients during the week and take oncall responsibilities every other weekend.
You will have the support of the Registered Manager and Administration Staff.
**Salary from £18,00 per annum**
Main Duties:
- Providing care to our clients
- On call responsibilities every other weekend including direct cover of care calls if unable to cover to ensure the safe delivery of the service
- Responsible & accountable for the safe delivery of services in line with legislative requirements and company policy and procedures
- Maintain full and accurate records and reporting systems in accordance with legal requirements
- Accountable for quality management including effectively managing complaints and incidents
- New client admissions/ processing
- Attend external meetings and represent the service in a positive manner
- Ensuring up to date training for all staff and adhere to the training matrix
This list is not exhaustive and from time to time you may be required to undertake additional duties.
Required competencies:
- Applicants MUST have NVQ level 3 as a minimum
- Previous care experience - essential
- Senior position experience - highly desirable
- People management skills
- Quality driven ethos
- Excellent personal skills
- Passionate about delivering high-quality care
- Valid driving licence and vehicle
**Salary**: £18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
Shift:
- 12 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Wareham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
