Resident Scrutiny

**The role**

**Following the recent merger between legacy Optivo and Southern Housing Group to form Southern Housing. **We’re looking for an exceptional Resident Scrutiny & Involvement Assistant.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our residents to support and enable them to influence, scrutinise and improve our business.

This is a hybrid role with a minimum expectation of two days a week in the office.

You’ll arrange meetings that are accessible to a wide range of residents, plan agendas in collaboration with chairs and senior staff, take minutes and follow up on actions.

You’ll provide a full range of administrative and support services, on behalf of the department. These included handling enquiries, mail merges, filing and raising purchase orders and scheduling and booking transport and venues.

You’ll work collaboratively with members of staff in other departments and external contacts / residents to support the wider demands of the team. And take responsibility for ensuring office systems, databases and spreadsheets are well maintained.

**What you'll have**
- Experience of working in an administration role
- Experience of working with a CRM database (or similar) to maintain customer records, manage tasks and log information
- An understanding of different residents’ needs and working in an inclusive way
- Experience of arranging meetings and events, both online and face-to-face.
