**Education & Training**
- Degree or Level 5 professional qualification
- GCSE 4-9 (A*C) or nationally recognized level 2 qualification in math or equivalent (e.g. CSE 1, O Level A-C)
- GCSE 4-9 (A*-C) or nationally recognized level 2 qualification in English or equivalent (e.g. CSE 1, O Level A-C)

**Experience**
- Experience of curriculum development related to 16-19 Study Programmes
- Working with community and voluntary partners to engage and support young people to progress
- Working with employers and stakeholders to design and enhance the curriculum offer
- Working with external partners in relation to quality assurance
- Managing people and resources
- Experience in pastoral and enrichment enhancements for students
- Sound knowledge of funding in FE
- Experience of student pastoral care and disciplinary procedures
