**More about your role**

As our HR Shared Services Manager, you will lead our HR Support function that is made up of 11 team members. Your role will focus on the transactional delivery of an effective, efficient, and professional HR Shared Service, transacting over 3,000 changesper month and putting customers at the heart of everything we do.
