**Quality/L&D Manager**

**Location: Manchester City Centre**

**£35,000 - £40,000**

I am representing a growing training company located in the heart of Manchester City Centre on Deansgate looking for a Quality Manager to join their team. The company's mission is to provide exceptional educational courses that build confidence, developcareers and promote well-being - reaching all learners, regardless of age or background.

As Quality/L&D Manager you will support and implement business driven quality initiatives by identifying and driving continuous improvements in capability, capacity and service quality. You will get to know each department and how to better the output ofstaff, ensuring it is of the highest quality. You will support quality initiatives, reporting and responses to information requests. You will be part of the management team and share responsibility for ensuring organisational quality and compliance on qualitymatters.

If successful, the main duties of your role will include:

- To deliver the learning and development plan, delivering strategic workstreams, for example cultural aspirations, recognition and Diversity & Inclusion.
- Managing 121's with staff through the business, mentoring team leaders and nurturing staff.
- Identify, create, source and recommend approaches to ensure effective organisational approaches and results in areas such as Personal Development Reviews, Staff Recognition, Staff Engagement, Wellbeing etc.
- Through management information analyse and evaluate quantitative and qualitative data to provide insight into impact and effectiveness, areas of improvement and lessons learnt to drive informed decisions and continuous learning.
- Work with stakeholders to develop a clear understanding of services, their challenges and to provide effective solutions and interventions based on these needs.
- As required, undertake effective needs analysis and proactively monitor requirements across the organisation. Using this information to build appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate and work effectively with various project and programme teams across the organisation to ensure effective delivery of agreed objectives.
