If so, this is a fantastic opportunity for you to join an ‘Established Team’ of friendly Female Employees working exclusively with, and for, an easy to get on with white British middle aged man with an acquired physical disability caused by a Spinal Cord Injury, to provide for his identified 24-hour complex personal care, and domestic / social support needs, to enable him to live a more fulfilled, and better, quality of life, participating in Community activities, and living independently in the Community with adequate 24-hour self managed support to achieve this.

The job role involves the provision of complex person centred personal care to help maintain this Spinal Cord Injury patients physical state of health, and to provide support with everyday domestic tasks (like preparing and cooking meals, assisting with eating and drinking needs, and clearing up afterward, for example), and support with light cleaning and laundry tasks, and the attendance of hospital appointments and social / recreational activities, and also with regards to participating in hobbies/therapeutic work activities to help maintain good mental state of health, and also to ensure that the highest standards of personal care and independent living support are always being provided.

Allocated shifts always provide adequate time to enable Employees to achieve their job role objectives.

A valid full UK Driving Licence is preferable, but **NOT **essential.

- **(i) Working at least one shift over a weekend, which could be a morning only shift, or afternoon only shift, or morning and afternoon shift combined, or evening only shift, or evening and overnight shift combined.**_
- **(ii) Maintaining a flexible approach with regards to their availability to work, throughout their period of employment, in particular, when unexpected situations arise. For example, when a shift needs to be covered at short notice due to another Employees unforeseeable ill health circumstances. **_
