Our fast paced client is looking for an experienced administrator who will support the equipment range and sales function by providing admin responsibilities, but will also help initially with promoting all products to existing & new customers. This is a permanent, full time opportunity and flexibility can be offered on start and finish times.

**Primary responsibilities will include**:

- Helping to achieve department targets by dealing with customer queries and sales issues.
- Preparation of all quotes for customers with equipment configurations
- Develop positive relationship with our customers and suppliers whilst acting as first office contact for the department.
- Your duties may include trips to the supplier in Holland, and you will become the direct day to day contact for the product group.
- Attending meetings (mainly Teams)
- Maintaining the Lion stock warehouse
- Monitoring where demo units are left for testing

**General Office Responsibilities will include**:

- Order processing, despatching, invoicing, following up on lapsed quotations & contacting customers for outstanding invoices.
- Dealing with internal queries from other departments
- Producing regular update reports for the Office Manager.
- Providing occasional assistance at shows which may include staying overnight.
- Booking hotels and flights when required.
- Updating and improving the customer contact database.
- Regular contact with customers regarding new product information.

Hours: 39 hours per week can be flexible with start/finish times.
