Centre Administrator

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES AND DUTIES:
Deal with Administrative and correspondence requirements of the Centre Management Team; Invoices, Mail, etc
Assist Centre Management Team in the maintenance of proper budgetary controls by the operation of administrative and accounting procedures.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Realm’s policies and procedures.
Ensure a timely collection of all data onto Retail Advantage
Assist in Diary management of the Centre Management team and Security team
Maintain good practice in office procedures, filling systems, accurate records and continuity of systems
Deal courteously with incoming telephone callers and direct them appropriately
Deal with incoming and outgoing mail
Ensure any visitors to the office are dealt with courteously and efficiently
Deal with Coach drivers and maintain accurate records of incentives
Manage sufficient stocks of stationary, stamps, etc
Liaise with Brand partners regarding office services, copying, POS, etc
Liaise with other Realm centres and Head Office - movements, facility charges, etc
Keep up to date with H&S
Carry out fire evacuation duties as requested
Operate two-way radio in accordance with centre procedures
Maintain the office in a tidy and well equipped condition
Use own initiative within defined areas of responsibility
**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: £11.00 per hour
