Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual? Do you have experience in providing high-quality care to individuals in need? If so, Sirona Care & Health is looking for you We are currently seeking a talented Band 3 Healthcare Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis.

**The Role**:
As a Band 3 Healthcare Assistant, you will be responsible for providing direct care to patients under the supervision of registered healthcare professionals. Your main duties will include:

- Assisting with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, dressing, and eating.
- Administering medication as prescribed and documenting any observed side effects.
- Monitoring patients' vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and heart rate.
- Assisting with mobility and transferring patients safely.
- Providing emotional support and companionship to patients.
- Reporting any changes in patients' condition or behavior to the healthcare team.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.

**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, you should:

- Have previous experience working as a Healthcare Assistant or similar role.
- Hold a relevant healthcare qualification or be willing to complete a training program.
- Be compassionate, patient, and empathetic towards patients' needs.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality care.
- Have a flexible approach to work and be willing to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
