**Job Description: Band 3 - Community HCA**:
Sirona Care & Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Band 3 - Community HCA. This is a temporary position, with a start date of 24/01/2024 and an end date of 24/01/2024. As a Band 3 - Community HCA, you will work at our location on the Ground Floor of Kingswood Civic Centre in Bristol. Our facility is conveniently located on High Street, Kingswood, with easy access to public transportation and ample parking nearby.

At Sirona Care & Health, we are committed to providing exceptional care to our community members. As a Community HCA, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centered care to individuals in their own homes. Your responsibilities will include assisting clients with daily tasks, such as personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation. You will also provide companionship and emotional support, ensuring that each individual feels valued and respected.

In addition to personal care, you will help clients with medication management, ensuring that they take their prescribed medications at the correct times. You will also monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature, and report any concerns or changes in the client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals.

As a Band 3 - Community HCA, you will work a shift that starts at 12:00:00 and ends at 20:00:00. This provides flexibility in your schedule, allowing you to accommodate other commitments.
