**Join Our Clients Team as a Sales Advisor in Birmingham**

Blackwater Recruitment is on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals to join our client's team as entry-level sales advisors in Birmingham. Our client, is a well-established outsourced sales and marketing company, they offer an exciting opportunity to represent a diverse portfolio of clients through face-to-face sales solutions. Based in the vibrant Birmingham area, this role promises a dynamic work environment and excellent earning potential.

**What You Can Expect**:

- **Comprehensive Training**: Receive initial training and ongoing support to enhance your sales skills and effectiveness. You'll shadow experienced team members and have access to continuous guidance to excel in your role.
- **Flexible Work Days**: Enjoy the freedom of self-employment to choose your workdays between Monday and Saturday, allowing for a better work-life balance. While there are no fixed rosters, committing to at least 5 full days per week is recommended for optimal earning potential.
- **Convenient Location**: Located in Birmingham, our client's office offers easy access to transportation, with the station just a 8-10 minute walk away.

- **Uncapped Earnings**: This client offers two different pay structures, a commission only structure which offers £40 per sale and a brand awareness day rate structure that pays £68+ per day plus £5 for every sale, in both campaigns you can expect to make 2 sale per day for average earnings of £400-£500 per week including added financial incentives
- **Immediate Start**:Our client can offer an immediate start and you can start hitting the field and earning the same day as you complete the vetting process and get badged.

**The Role**:
**As a field sales advisor, you will**:

- Represent clients through direct sales campaigns at high footfall events to increase brand awareness and drive sales. Previous clients include well-known charities and nonprofits, food and drink clients and utility companies to help customers save money. Our client has also partnered with home efficiency companies, providing eco initiatives to help homeowners save money, improve the value of their properties and become more sustainable.
- Engage with members of the public at events to effectively communicate clients' offerings and close sales.
- Craft compelling sales pitches to engage event attendees and generate interest in clients' products and services.
- Attend office meetings for skill-sharing sessions, team discussions, and updates on client information.
- Act as the face of the client's brand, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
- Complete sales forms with customers to facilitate the onboarding process.
- Have previous experience in customer-facing roles (preferred but not required).
- Possess a desire to work in sales and enhance professional skills.
- **Demonstrate fluent English communication skills.**:

- Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
- **Be eligible to work full-time in the UK.**:

- No specific qualifications required.
- **Must be willing to undergo vetting and a DBS check **(paid for by the company)
- **Reside within a commutable distance to Birmingham.**
