Part Time HR Manager

My Client based in Brentwood are looking to recruit a HR Manager on a part time permanent basis.
This role will be based on site 4 days per week (28 hours)
To provide HR support to all central departments and employees on all aspects of HR, and to
develop, improve and manage HR policies, processes and procedures. To assist with managing systems to support
and monitor Employee well-being.
- Maintain effective working relationships with senior managers
- Ongoing review and development of HR policies and procedures; provision of guidance
- Administer the annual appraisal processes
- Manage employee relations casework including dispute resolution, grievance and disciplinary processes
- Arrange interviews and selection meetings and provide administration for the recruitment, selection and
appointments processes
- Roll out induction process for new employees
- Prepare letters, contracts and handbooks
- Preparation of payroll documentation for process
- Recording, tracking and checking of absence levels
- Arrange staff training
- Maintain personnel records
You will ideally be CIPD qualified to Level 7 or working towards it.
Demonstrable experience providing HR advice and support at all organisation levels
Experience of collating and analysing data to provide HR reports
Proven experience of coordinating full cycle recruitment processes
Demonstrable experience managing employee relations cases including investigations and hearings
Experience of managing short and long terms absence cases including capability
