**Description**
The Key responsibilities of a Customer Service Manager consists of:
- Establishing and maintaining standards for the whole process of a customers experience.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and online reviews are consistently at a high level.
- Creating and working within budget.
- Creating staff rotas.
- Leading a team to work towards KPI goals.
- Lead a team of 8+
- Conduct team meetings and discuss targets.
**Profile**
The successful Customer Service Manager will have:
- High levels of focus around people coming across in a friendly and approachable manner.
- Attention to detail and high levels of initiative.
- Have excellent commitment, leadership and organisational skills.
- At least two years experience in managing a team within a Senior Customer Service role.
