If you're searching for a rewarding career opportunity, look no further. Spencer Clarke Group are working alongside a very well-established accountancy practice who are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their growing organisation.

Our client is seeking a practice/bureau experienced individual to run payrolls for clients and take care of payroll related queries.

Key activities included within this role include:

- Collate information regarding the current payroll run.
- Run a payroll using the software.
- Check all reports and payslips produced and send to client.
- Produce and submit RTI file to the HMRC.
- Collate year end information.
- Produce year end reports and distribute as required by the client

The ideal individual for this role will be someone who has a minimum of 2 years working experience within a payroll bureau or within an accountancy firm.

Skills, Knowledge and Competencies required;
- Friendly
- Own initiative
- But know when to ask for help
- Flexible
- Calm
- Firm
- Knowledge of PAYE.
- Good Word and Excel skills.
- Knowledge of payroll software (IRIS preferred, but not essential)
