We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Material Logistics Administrator - Plant & Fleet at Hinkley Point C.

You will be assisting with the scheduling of Plant & Fleet movements, completion of daily administrative tasks and liaising with other members of the Material Logistics team.

You will be responsible for a data input, creation and amendment of departmental documents and maintaining Plant & Fleet maintenance records.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**
- CITB Operative H&S test (must be complete before start date).
- A good standard of education in Maths, English and IT.
- Driving License and First Aid at work will be desirable but not essential.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Strong IT Skills and understanding of booking software, MS Office (particularly Outlook, Word and Excel), internet searching and capacity to swiftly pick up bespoke IT systems and tools.
- Strong administrative/ co-ordination experience within a fast-paced, environment dealing with multiple and complex administrative processes.
- Radio communication skills are desirable but not essential to have.

**Site Specific Information**
- You must be able to provide a 3-year work/ unemployment/ education history and required vetting process in line with HPC protocols.
- You must be able to obtain the HPC pass.
- The site is located remotely and a bus journey of 45 minutes each way is required to gain access.
- This role is based on site and is currently operating 4 days a week (Monday to Thursday)
