**The Role**:
We are looking for a** Hub Supervisor **to take responsibility for the daily operations of the Arsenal Hub, ensuring a quality service for customers and participants.

**Your day-to-day**
***:

- **Provide excellent customer service - **You'll be advising and supporting customers using the Hub facilities and responding appropriately to comments, complaints and requests
- **Ensure the smooth running of the Arsenal Hub - **Responsible for opening and closing the Hub and making sure facilities and equipment are kept clean at all times
- **Keep the Arsenal Hub safe and secure - **Upholding our safeguarding and health and safety policies, ensuring the security of the building and wellbeing of all employees, contractors and participants
- **Supporting our programmes and activities - **Assisting with running various programmes and leading on football activities including coaching and birthday parties.
