The company is therefore seeking to recruit a Sales Administrator to help manage its continued growth

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our small friendly and rapidly growing team based at our prestigious new office in Silverstone, Northamptonshire.

This position will sit at the heart of the sales team ensuring that customer enquiries are routed to the right sales person, managing the company CRM system, preparing detailed quotes for customers and ensuring the flow of communication and information from the sales team through to the rest of the company.

Ideally, we are looking for individuals who have experience of the following:

- Handle incoming sales enquiries ensuring that they are routed through to the appropriate sales person
- Prepare detailed quotes for customers, in conjunction with the relevant sales person, ensuring accuracy of information
- Liaise with other company departments to facilitate sales hand-over and to ensure good communications
- Represent sales at appropriate customer meetings
- Visit trade exhibitions, events and customer meetings from time to time.

We will be looking for the following achievements:

- Good standard of education, particularly in Maths and English
- Experience within a sales administration environment and of using a sales CRM system
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint and generally proficient with computer systems
- A willingness to learn new skills and software systems
- A genuine interest in the craft drinks market such as the beer, cider or wine markets, would be a distinct advantage.
