We’re looking for a** Senior **MEP Quantity Surveyor **to join Kier Construction within our Mechanical & Electrical KME business unit

**Location**: Bournemouth & Portsmouth area

**Contract**: Permanent**, **full time.

**Responsibilities**

Kier Mechanical & Electrical (KME) has an exciting opportunity for an individual to join its highly successful custodial delivery team. Responsibilities include;
- Focusing on the commercial and preconstruction functions of the KME business to deliver projects in accordance with the commercial standards
- You will deliver on objectives set and support team members in delivering their objectives reporting to the senior commercial and operation staff regarding the project.
- Ideally experience within a similar role within the construction industry

**Who are we looking for?**
- You will have a degree or equivalent qualification in quantity surveying
- You will understand the importance of risk management and have the ability to add value to the project.
