Here at Peabody, we have an opportunity for an Executive Enquiries Lead on a Fixed Term basis at our Westminster Bridge Road office.

**A bit about the role**:
As an Executive Enquiries Lead, you will support the Complaint Team in the service we provide to our MP’s and Cllr’s by co-ordinating, logging and responding to all enquiries received.

Working to ensure that we provide a high quality, customer focused, efficient and timely service to our key stakeholders.

Some of the key results for the role include:

- To monitor and manage all inbox’s relating to MP & Cllr enquires.
- To log new MP /Cllr enquiries.
- To provide well written responses to enquiries within the deadlines provided.
- Ensure the central contact system is updated correctly with accurate information.
- To identify and implement improvement ideas on how the team can improve its way of working and reduce customer effort.
- Manage internal relationships successfully to maintain a high level of engagement and collaborative working.
- A minimum of 1 to 2 days working in the Westminster Bridge Road office is required._
