**Are you looking for a rewarding new job where you can make a difference every day?** Look no further Our fantastic #TeamCS in East Dunbartonshire are looking for upbeat and positive colleagues with great banter to join them as a Support Practitioner on a full-time and part-time relief basis. We have various permanent contracts available ranging from 10 to 39 hours per week.

As a **Support Practitione**r, you'll help the individuals we support with all aspects of daily living, including going to appointments, personal care, shopping, cooking, housework and medication. You'll also find yourselves getting involved in many of their hobbies and interests too, which include going for walks, out to the cinema and to the pub, doing arts & crafts, listening to music, swimming, attending the gym and other outdoor activities and volunteering.

**All we’ll need you to bring is;**
- A caring and compassionate attitude
- The ability to work well in a team
- Good communication and organisational skills
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Confidence in the use of computers

**Shift Patterns**

Our dedicated team provide tailored 1:1 support with shift patterns falling between the hours of 0900-2100 and may include mornings, days, evenings, weekends, split shifts and public holidays. Shift patterns may change dependant on the needs of the individuals that we support.
