Support Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Practitioner to join our team at The Richmond Fellowship Scotland. As a Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex needs to live independently and achieve their goals.
The role involves assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care, medication management, and emotional support. You will work closely with our team to develop personalized support plans and help individuals build confidence and independence.
Our service in Kirkintilloch is a Registered Care Home model, providing a supportive and inclusive environment for individuals with complex needs. As a Support Practitioner, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well in a team environment. You will also need to be empathetic and understanding, with a strong commitment to delivering person-centered care.

Shift patterns will include working days, evenings, sleepovers, weekends, and bank/public holidays. Sleepovers are paid at an additional rate of £99.20 per shift.
