**Your new company**
Well-established charity looking for permanent AR Clerk who is eager to learn, reporting into approachable and supportive manager.
**Your new role**
- Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of items in all bank accounts in accordance with financial procedures.
- Responsible for the accurate and timely completion of bank reconciliations, ensuring the accuracy of the Cash Book and Sales Ledger.
- Responsible for processing all sales invoices relating to all areas of the business and carry out the credit control function for all outstanding invoices.
- Work closely with the Income Processing team in fundraising, ensuring that all income processed reconciles to the cash book, and responsible for investigating and resolving any differences.
- Responsible for the timely reconciliation of all bank accounts as required.
- Be responsible for checking and reconciling Gambling Commission returns.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous AR experience
- Proactive mindset and attention to detail
- Able to work both as a team and independently from home
- Good Excel skills, understanding of pivot tables, vlookup etc.

**What you'll get in return**
- Salary up to £16 per hour
- Hybrid role (office/remote), only 2 days a week in Reading office
- Only 35 hours per week
- 26 days paid annual holidays (excluding bank holidays)
