We are looking for a Data Researcher to join our growing meritocratic team. You will be responsible for collecting and maintaining accurate data that supports the marketing, sales and editorial teams. Using a variety of online and public sources, the role is responsible for a number of key projects that include:

- Researching our markets to find potential customers and their relevant contacts;
- Reviewing competing events to understand which clients are active in the market;
- Researching which key decision makers should attend our events and be contacted by our delegate team
- Maintaining our deals database to support our editorial team

**Role and responsibilities**
- Input and maintain accurate data records using HubSpot CRM.
- Manage and clean data records and lead information to ensure the database is kept up to date on an ongoing basis, liaising with the sales team as necessary.
- Be excited about the prospect of investigating and acquiring new prospects that help drive the business.
- Research data records, sources and sales prospects using the internet and tools such as LinkedIn and Cognism to identify key contacts and their relevant information.
- Liaise with other teams to understand data requirements and provide timely information/data that can be used commercially.
- Strong LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience.
- Experience withing a similar data research/acquisition role.
- Strong research skills with the ability to source data under own initiative.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills and the ability to manipulate data.
- Knowledge of subscription-based data tools such as HubSpot and Cognism an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive self-starter with the ability to work efficiently and independently, demonstrating initiative, flexibility and adaptability.
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal communication skills with a can-do attitude.
- Desire to work as part of a results-focused, scaling team and towards collective goals and deliverables.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
