Finance Plan Administrator

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, agents, Funeral Directors, and internal stakeholders for all queries and complaints.
- Communicate clearly and concisely with clients and stakeholders, adhering to agreed deadlines.
- Answer phones and engage with customers to assist in resolving queries and ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
- Liaise with the Accounts department for settlements and payments.
- Keep internal Regional Managers updated with the latest information and collaborate with colleagues for repatriation needs, certificate production, and letters.
- Complete adhoc administrative duties as required.
**Requirements**:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using databases and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
- Basic understanding of finance and payment processing is advantageous.
- Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with colleagues.
