**About the Role**:
The post holder will work as part of a team on a fixed-term contract for 12 months delivering a range of youth work interventions, support and guidance. They will contribute to the national Y’s Girls programme to record and monitor outcomes and to deliver best practice and engage in peer support, as well as work towards developing the evidence base for mentoring in the field of early and effective intervention across the UK.

Key responsibilities will include:
Project Development - Support with the development of Y’s Girls project
Project Management - Lead on ensuring that project run effectively, to time, and that all required reporting timelines are achieved. This includes supporting department leads to ensure team’s achieve project-specific objectives.
Relationships - Develop positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

**About You**:
Our Y's Girls Our Project Coordinator role demands a dynamic individual with a wealth of experience and a dedication to youth development.
- Brings at least three years of direct experience working with young people aged 8-25 and their families, coupled with strong project and volunteer management skills.
- Proficient in designing innovative youth programs and motivating diverse groups. Capable of demonstrating excellent organizational, time management, and digital communication skills.
- Demonstrates adaptability, motivation, and a commitment to working flexible hours.
