Be hands on and multi-skilled in all tasks Order Picking, Prepare Bales for shipment, Loading/Unloading of vehicles Perform SAP transactional activities Support the review of operational issues and provide solutions Be involved with Inventory Control activities (Stock check/Cycle Count) Ensuring best practices are followed for all tasks. Promote continuous improvement Ensure equipment is operational. Perform regular checks and when problems arise, report it. Take part in updating SOP, Risk Assessment Walk the floor on a regular basis to ensure best practices are followed Qualifications Customer focused Experience of working within a warehouse/logistics/production environment Ability to communicate at all levels Numerate and Literate Listening Skills Multi skilled (Goods Inbound & Outbound, Admin & Ops duties) PC and systems literate MHE Trained Multi tasked - good time management - Multi Paced Responsible Work towards KPI Adaptable to change
