**About the role**
The post holder will work flexibly within your designated service to manage and deliver an effective administration function.
- The post holder will be part of the HAGA Alcohol Service Team and Haringey Recovery team and will work with people who have alcohol-related problems, mental health issues and complex needs including drugs and street drinking, psychological issues, anti-social behaviour, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, homelessness or tenancy issues, self-harm, debt management or financial issues, domestic abuse, or any other co-existing needs.**Duties May Include**:

- Take responsibility for the day to day running of the administration function in your designated service/ area.
- Develop the administration function, ensuring the relevant processes are embedded in the service.
- Manage, mentor, coach and ensure the development of staff reporting to you, including volunteers. This includes involvement in delivering appropriate training, recruitment, induction, monitoring performance, managing absence and carrying out performance & development reviews (PDRs).
- Ensure the provision of a high quality service which is compliant with CQC standards
