**JOB DESCRIPTION**: includes, but is not limited to the following:

- Promote nutrition, personal care and self management to achieve a maximum level of independence, which may include:

- Preparation of meals.
- Providing assistance with mobility, feeding, washing/bathing, dressing and continence care.
- Provision of emotional support, and support to increase clients' confidence and motivation.
- Administer medication in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- To work in partnership with all members of the team.

**SHIFT TIMES**:
This position would require Carers to work evenings and every weekend.

Approximate shift start & finish times - 15:00 - 22:30 & 19:00 - 22:30

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £11.30-£16.00 per hour
