Main Responsibilities:
**Sales Admin 40%**
Placing purchase orders and invoices
Managing lead-time and shipping schedule
Contact forwarding companies to arrange the shipment
Check the order status
Manage stock operations
Send invoices and all necessary shipping documentation
Check invoices from suppliers and forwarding companies
Check VAT and Duty amounts are correct and other expenses to check (chemical account job)
Sending new inquiries to suppliers mails and phone
Get quotations from forwarding companies
Making quotations and sample follow up
Check payments from customers in time
Assist sales manager for developing new business
Assist in sales report analysis
