In this position, you will collaborate closely with the central Brand & Marketing team, local Social Media teams, and PR, among others, to ensure that our social media presence authentically reflects Belmond’s values, processes, and standards. Your role is pivotal in maintaining a cohesive and engaging online narrative that resonates with our global audience.

**Primary responsibilities include**:
**Content Creation and Branding**
- Drive brand desirability through Belmond organic social media channels through elevated content and exceptional storytelling.
- Ensure all social media assets and copy are in keeping with Belmond Art Direction and Tone of Voice.
- Assist with the development of new channels and projects.

**Social Media Strategy and Planning**
- Support with planning and scheduling of social media posts on the Belmond Brand channels. Ensure the social editorial calendar is managed efficiently to deliver an omnichannel approach.
- Collaborate with divisional social media teams to develop social media plans for key campaigns.
- Assist with the objective of driving key social media metrics to reach the annual targets at both a brand level and for product channels.
- Analyse, review and report on social media performance and actively monitor KPIs. Support the property teams with their analytics.

**Team Collaboration and Support**
- Foster relationships with divisional social media teams, encouraging their contribution of content and forward planning, and to help guide them in their social media plans.
- Support with team monthly reporting to ensure KPIs are tracked and shared with key stakeholders.

**Community Management and Engagement**
- Monitor social media conversations about Belmond, actively engaging with and responding to its social media community in the brand voice.
- Utilize sound judgment in safeguarding the brand’s image in posts and responses across all social platforms.

**Professional Development and Platform Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date logins for all social media platforms using secure processes.
- Keep up to date with social media platform capabilities.

**Requirements**:
**What you Bring**:

- Proven track record in a similar social media role, ideally within a luxury leader brand in the travel or fashion industry.
- Exceptional storytelling abilities.
- Strong organizational skills for managing social media calendars.
- Experience in community management and engaging with audience.
- Adaptability to new social media platforms and trends.
- Attention to detail in aligning assets with brand art direction.
- Proactive approach to enhancing social media channels.
- Familiarity with maintaining brand consistency across platforms.
- Self-driven and adaptable, with a conscientious commitment to quality and efficiency.
- Approachable and team-oriented.
