An exciting opportunity presents itself to join our client’s team, where they seek an Administrator to offer support to their Finance Department, specifically in the realm of credit control.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Maintaining regular communication with customers to guarantee that invoices are settled in accordance with the agreed terms.
- Generating and reviewing customer reports to facilitate smooth, dispute-free payments.
- Demonstrating a proactive approach in addressing account queries by focusing on the root causes rather than just surface symptoms.
- Providing accurate cash flow forecasts at regular intervals.
- Offering assistance with tasks related to direct debit processing and account opening as necessary.
- Sustaining effective communication both internally and externally, addressing queries and identifying opportunities for process enhancement.
- Continuously monitoring and evaluating processes, actively proposing improvements when required.
- Contributing to the promotion of effective corporate governance, risk management, and internal controls.
- Undertaking other ad-hoc responsibilities as directed by the line manager.

**To join this team you will need**:

- Educated to GSCE-level education or equivalent, with a focus on Maths and English.
- Proven experience in credit control functions.
- Proficiency in using intermediate Excel skills.
- Ability to establish professional relationships, fostering effective collaboration and communication.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain high standards even when working under pressure.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Proficient in problem solving.
