Role Overview:
As the HR / People and Employment Law Specialist, you will be pivotal in providing expert guidance on employment-related matters and ensuring HR practices align with the law and promote a positive work culture. Your HR expertise will be crucial in navigating employee relations issues and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance HR policies and procedures.

**Responsibilities**:

- Advise HR professionals and company leadership on employment law compliance.
- Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and disciplinary matters, ensuring fair and consistent resolutions.
- Collaborate with HR to design and implement employee relations initiatives that foster a respectful and inclusive work environment.
- Review and update HR policies, procedures, and employment contracts to reflect changes in employment laws and regulations.
- Provide training and guidance to HR staff and company management on employment law best practices and risk mitigation.
- Ensure HR practices are aligned with applicable international employment laws, as required.

**Requirements**:

- (Min) CIPD Level 5
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost professionalism.
- Proven experience in conducting thorough investigations and providing sound HR advice.
- Detail-oriented and well-organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to addressing HR challenges and driving positive change.

**Salary**: £45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
