The Pursuit Group are a specialist logistics and supply chain recruitment agency, based in Kent, helping our clients throughout the UK.

We are currently working for a well known supply chain partner who work for multiple UK businesses, helping provide supply chain solutions for each and every client.

They are looking for a **HR Advisor/People Advisor in Wiltshire**, office based 5 days a week (with occasional work from home available).

**Key Criteria**
- Provide operational HR and project support. Strong generalist HR focus, but also the opportunity to be actively involved in proactive talent management and development, organisation change, resource management, and HR improvement activities.
- Report into HR manager who covers a number of sites nationally
- Develop effective on-going relationships at all levels establishing yourself as a credible, respected and valued advisor, responding to queries directly and influencing managers to follow a best practice approach
- Own the delivery of key people processes such as absence, maternity, paternity, flexible working, probation etc.
- Skilled in providing pragmatic, tailored HR advice.
- Experience of supporting managers with employee relations issues.
- Providing HR support for ad-hoc operational business related projects e.g. new business wins
- **CIPD Level 3 qualified or desire to work towards.**

A transport/logistics background is great, but also not essential.
