**Salary: £25,000 rising to £27,000 + earn up to £1000 OTE**

**This is the job**

You will be working in a busy department, taking inbound calls and need to have the ability to work at pace and the flexibility to work shifts over 6 days.

Motoring Assistance is on the lookout for customer focused colleagues with a flair for providing a great service. Ideally you will be motivated by building excellent rapport and ensuring our customers have a great experience. Your team will have outbound and inbound calls with expert knowledge in our products and services to help our customers choose the right cover for them. Ensuring that our customers have a positive experience and get everything they need from us when they call.

**What will I be doing?**

You will be receiving inbound calls from new and existing customers looking to discuss their breakdown package options. You will also be processing outbound calls to discuss renewals to our existing customers. We have to make sure we are available for our customers so we operate a shift pattern.

**What do I need?**

Ideally you will have worked in a sales role before, but if this is your first role or a career change don’t worry as we provide all the training and support you will need. What you will need is a passion for providing great customer service and resilience to succeed in a bustling environment.
