**Regional Director, CEMEA**

The client have seen consistent growth year-on-year and are looking to scale up their operations across the EU and the US, so joining them will mean joining a fast-growing organization where you'll have direct influence on our growth journey and make theworld a safer place.

The client is entering an important phase of its history. The CEMEA region is at the core of their markets and they are seeking for a senior sales leader that can take them to the next level, which is an IPO within the next 4-6 years. They are focusing onselling via partners (MSSPs and and global GSIs) and have 50 certified partners world-wide of which 15 are well known MSSPs.

**Regional Director**

They are seeking a competitive, and results-driven executive with an open, collaborative and team-based approach to leadership and management. Reporting directly to the VP of EMEA and acting as a key member of the global sales team. You will have responsibilityfor direct sales, channel sales, sales development, strategic partnerships, pre-sales and sales operations.

You will be responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organisation and leading the team to achieve aggressive growth and market disruption. As the Regional Director you will lead a team of 10-15+ people, based primarily in Münichand you will foster close working relationships and partnership with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the sales organization's efficient operation and success.

**Professional qualifications**

5+ years of demonstrated experience as a Sales Leader selling Cyber SaaS and enterprise software in midsize and large company environments.
- Needs to be able to hit the ground running, due to needing to achieve high APR's over the 2-3 years.
- You are able to recruit, drive and coach the CEMEA team. Needs to be in the field and working on the biggest deals with clients and partners.
- Experience from end customer is a must as well as solid partner experience.
- Proficiency in sales processes, for qualification, technical proofs, negotiation, on-boarding, customer success and the full customer journey.
- Strategically coach the bigger deals with the account managers
- Balance of (sales) operational excellence, an eye on the future and how the company can improve weaknesses and develop excellence.
- Experienced, successful, and comfortable operating and engaging at C-level of the end customers and partners.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills with the ability to develop credibility and trust quickly.

- Excellent social skills when dealing with peers and customers.
- Being able to work closely in stressful situations and pull the team and peer level colleagues in the right direction to achieve goals. The assertiveness and ability to direct the chaos of a busy and growing organisation is going to be important.
- Motivational, charismatic, empathetic. Concerns themself about what the team is doing.
- The ability to think strategically and able to asses the state of market to make informed decisions.
