**System Analyst**
**Location**:Remote
**Length**:6 months
**Rate**: £294-322 per day (inside IR35)
**Hours**: 9am - 6pm
Our client's Business Services (DBS), a multi-functional global shared services function established to liberate and equip markets to deliver our client's Performance Ambition.This is achieved through:
1.
- The delivery of world class end to end process execution;
2.
- Generating performance enhancing insights from data;
3.
- Providing CPG leading digital capabilities and solutions; and underpinned by secure and stable operations and putting customers and consumers at the heart of everything we do.
The DBS team will play a critical role in enabling our client's productivity agenda and transformation through the integration of technology, process optimisation, data, BI and the expansion of shared services. Delivery of the significant and ambitious transformationagenda requires robust Programmatic Planning, Management, and Benefits Tracking capabilities.
The Portfolio and Project Centre (PPC) will play a key role to ensure successful delivery of the agenda. The scale and scope of our delivery agenda requires a holistic programme and integrated delivery approach. This includes:

- An experienced Planview administrator to support multiple teams that use Planview for resource and capacity planning, portfolio and project management and financial planning.
**Key Accountabilities -**
- Ensuring our Global portfolio of projects and transition plans are clearly linked to our strategic agenda with clear business outcomes underpinned with the right capabilities & geo-footprint of resources.
- Supporting our planning cycles and 18 month rolling forecast across all markets and functions across our client
- Right level of governance oversight, providing risk management and mitigation, whilst maintaining our control environment.
- Capacity and resource planning to ensure successful delivery
- Innovation and continuous improvement to deliver our programs in an efficient and effective manner focusing on speed to value.
- Portfolio Management & Delivery : Day to day management and delivery of portfolio activities / financials
- Monthly reviews across market BPM covering the full portfolio
- Drive transformation to deliver value and business outcomes fast leveraging the PACE Delivery framework and in particular adoption and embedding of Agile methods, mind-set, and culture across DBS and the business
**Essential**:

- Information Systems experience in a large globally distributed environment.
- Understanding of project delivery methodology (PACE)
- Ability to prioritize and manage expectations of several stakeholders.
- Strong time planning skills with great follow through.
- Strong use of Excel, and PowerPoint
- Self-motivator and ability to manage own schedule and personal drive to take ownership and deliver solutions
- Knowledge of a PPM tool
- Programming languages - C, C++, JAVA, SQL
- Tools - Planview, JIRA, Excel VBA, MS office (Visio, Excel, Advanced Excel, PPT), ServiceNow
**Potential Barriers for success would be**:

- Lack of understanding of IS project lifecycles
- Lack of independent work and follow through
- Poor engagement and communication skills with stakeholders
- Inability to work across different cultures and geographies
- Lack ofanalytical capability
- Non delivery or non-aligning with the objectives set (IBO’s)
