A growing charity requires a CRM Analyst to help manage their data and further company growth.
**What you’ll be doing**Working for a charity with an amazing cause, you’ll be helping the organisation with their data needs. From providing insight across different teams recording their data and tracking you’ll be the go to person for CRM analysis.
You’ll be supporting teams to deliver customer facing communications and reporting insights and recommendations back to the Digital Lead. You will be supporting the organisation by gathering, cleansing, and segmenting sensitive data whilst adhering to GDPRguidelines.
The CRM Analyst will work on bigger projects like connectivity, work with automation, data strategy and more. You’ll get the chance to gain experience across data science and data engineering principles, so this is so much more than your average CRM role
This role will also allow you to gain experience in training others across the organisation in addition to receiving training yourself to further your skills. You will play a large part in developing a data strategy for the organisation that receives data fromsupporters, conservation work, and citizen science programmes that have made significant impacts to the UK’s legislation around single use plastic bags.
**What experience you’ll need to apply**
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a data/CRM analyst role
- 2+ years experience working with CRM systems
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience handling sensitive data and understanding of risk and GDPR principles
- Understanding of with customer segmentation
- Bonus for experience with APIs and automating processes
- Bonus for experience with CharityCRM
**What you’ll get in return for your experience**
A base salary up to £35,000 per annum with great benefits including 25 days of holiday, plus bank holidays. They’ll also offer this role fully remotely with flexible working hours and even the option of a four-day week.
