**Duties**:

- Reception duties including dealing with customers and suppliers
- Prepare sales invoices and handle payments
- Scan & file purchase invoices
- Basic data entry including updating databases and records
- File and maintain paperwork and records
- Daily cash and sales reconciliation
- Assist with further administration if required

**Key personal attributes**:

- Organised and efficient
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good, clear verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to self-manage
- Ability to plan, prioritise and complete tasks required alone
- Meticulous and methodical with required tasks

Full or Part-time hours available

Full time: Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5.00pm

Part-time: Mon-Fri 9.30-2.30pm / option to be three days a week 8.30am-5.00pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: From £11.50 per hour
