Graphic Designer

**Job Summary**

An exciting role has come up for an experienced Graphic Designer. The opportunity to work on a huge range of products and get hands on experience on projects you may have never worked on before.
- **Strong Photo/Image Editing Skills**: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for editing and enhancing images to meet project requirements and maintain brand consistency.
- **Video Editing**: Proficiency in video editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, to create engaging visual content for marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
- **Videographer/Photographer**: Capture high-quality photographs and videos to support marketing initiatives and create compelling visual narratives that resonate with our audience.
- **Branding/Logo Design**: Develop branding and logo designs that resonate with our target audience, effectively communicating our brand identity and values.
- **Editorial Design, Brochure, Book Editing**: Experience in designing layouts for print and digital publications, including editorial content, brochures, and books, ensuring high-quality and visually appealing designs.
- **Vehicle Wrap Design**: Collaborate with suppliers and manage document settings for vehicle wrap designs, ensuring accurate specifications and effective communication throughout the design process.
- **Billboard/Poster Design**: Develop eye-catching designs for billboards, posters, and other large-format advertising materials, aligning with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- **Promotional Merchandise Product Design**: Create designs for promotional merchandise and products, incorporating brand elements and messaging to enhance brand visibility and recognition.
- **Design Project Slides/Presentation**: Prepare visually appealing slides and presentations for internal stakeholders, effectively communicating project concepts and ideas.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the IT and marketing teams to understand project requirements and manage expectations.
- Work with budgets and deadlines to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Produce rough drafts and present design concepts to internal stakeholders for feedback and approval.
- Utilize specialist software, including Adobe's Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Figma, to create high-quality designs.
- Demonstrate strong Photoshop editing skills for photo manipulation and enhancement.
- Execute editorial, brochure, and book layouts for print and digital distribution.
- Design marketing collateral, including billboards, posters, and merchandise products, while ensuring brand consistency.
- Develop branding and logo designs that resonate with our target audience and effectively communicate our brand identity.
- Manage document settings and communicate with suppliers for vehicle wrap designs and other print materials.

**Salary & Benefits**

Circa £35,000 - 40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
